Warranty & MONKIKA Care

Every Float massage chair comes with a 1-year limited warranty. Add MONKIKA Care when you order and your chair has full cover for 2 or 3 years. Here is exactly what’s included.

What MONKIKA Care covers

Full cover, from the motors to the lights.

Mechanical breakdowns

Rollers, motors, the recline and the footrest mechanisms.

Electrical faults

Control panel, wiring, heating, airbag pump and valves, Bluetooth speakers and lights.

Manufacturing defects

Any defect in materials or workmanship.

Repair or replacement

We send replacement parts, arrange a repair, or replace the chair.

Good to know

What isn’t covered

  • Damage from accidents, drops, liquids, pets or misuse.
  • Use above the chair’s limits: users taller than 1.83 m (6′0″) or heavier than 81 kg (180 lb).
  • Commercial, shared or public use: gyms, salons, offices, waiting rooms.
  • Normal wear of the upholstery, scratches, stains or fading.
  • Damage caused by power surges or by plugging the chair into the wrong voltage.
  • Repairs or changes made by anyone other than MONKIKA or a repairer we have approved.

How to make a claim

  1. Email us

    Write to support@monkikashop.com with your order number, a short description and a photo or short video.

  2. We look at it with you

    We usually reply within 2 business days, and may ask you to try a quick check together.

  3. We fix it

    We send the part, arrange the repair or replace the chair. Please don’t send the chair back without talking to us first.

Warranty terms

The standard warranty

Included with every Float chair for 1 year from delivery: we replace free of charge any part that is defective in materials or workmanship, under normal home use.

Buying MONKIKA Care

MONKIKA Care is chosen on the product page and paid together with the chair: kr.561 for 2 years in total, kr.842 for 3 years in total. It covers the chair bought in the same order, at the delivery address of that order. If you return the chair within its 14-day return window, MONKIKA Care is refunded with it.

Your legal rights

The standard warranty and MONKIKA Care come on top of your legal rights and never limit them. If you live in the European Union, the legal guarantee of conformity covers you for 2 years from delivery: any defect that existed when the chair was delivered is repaired or replaced free of charge, whether or not you buy MONKIKA Care. In the United Kingdom, the United States and other countries, your statutory rights are not affected.

Returns

You can return the chair within 14 days of delivery, in as-new condition and in its original box. Full details in our return policy.
