Does the microcurrent hurt?
No. Most people feel a light tingle under the blade. Start on level 1 and move up only if it feels comfortable.
Who should not use the Myofascial Pro?
Do not use it if you have a pacemaker or another implanted electronic device, are pregnant, have epilepsy or a heart condition. Never use it on the head, the front of the neck, over the heart, or on broken, irritated or numb skin. If you have a medical condition, a recent injury or take blood thinners, ask your doctor first.
How long should I use it on each area?
One to three minutes per area is enough. Glide slowly in one direction and spend a little longer on the tight spots. A full routine takes ten minutes or less.
Can I use it every day?
Yes. You can use it once in the morning or before training, and once in the evening. Give an area a rest if it feels tender.
Do I need oil or cream?
A thin layer of lotion makes the glide smoother on bare skin. Wipe the blade clean after each use.
How long does the battery last?

Is there a difference between White and Black?
