Orders ship within 2 business days, with tracking. Delivery usually takes 5 to 11 business days, worldwide, and shipping is free on every set. Your set may arrive in more than one parcel, each with its own tracking number. Full details on our shipping page.
You have 60 days from delivery. Return the whole set for a full refund, or keep part of it: we then refund the pieces you send back at their share of the set price. Write to support@monkikashop.com and we will guide you.
The set price already includes the set saving, so a discount code does not lower it further. Codes still apply to other items in the same order.
It is the recovery gift set we recommend most for people who are always on their feet. The devices arrive in their own boxes, without gift wrap, ready for you to wrap. Order by December 3 for holiday delivery.
