Very nice product, it has 3 heat and vibration settings which can be used together or seperately. I suggest wearing this device over a top since setting 1 is really toasty. I like having options of the other 2 heat settings which are hotter. The vibrations are strong enough, this belt is good for cramps and other ache muscles. The belt can be a little tricky to unclasp so do be careful when pushing the clasp button down while pulling out the belt. Activate your lifetime warranty too, this device is worth it and high marks for customer service. I emailed them today and my warranty was activated the same day.
LOVE this product! I’ve always used the conventional heating pad but this product truly stands on its own for mobility and comfort! It is small and lightweight and I can wear it out when errands/activities must be done.
I will also state, this does not replace my corded heating pad as the battery life of this product is only a few hours (if you don’t use the vibration) so for those extra hard days of painful cramps that leave you at home for hours upon hours, I would not recommend this product.

I have had severe cramps since I was 16yrs old and they have not let up. This product has helped reduce some of the pain associated. Its lightweight, comfortable and I like being able to adjust both vibration and temperature. My ONLY complaint is the amount of time it takes to charge the device. It took over 2 hours to charge it up, and during that time I wished I had a second one to use for the pain. I am not very pleased with it, but it has the ability to take traveling, so I am not inclined to return it. It gets warmer than the stick on pads than never stay in place so, that is also a plus. Whether it’s that time or I’m having back issues, this heating pad hits me in all the right spots to help relieve any sort of discomfort I’m having. When it comes to menstrual pain, the heating pad on this hits perfectly and gives just the right amount of heat. I’m able to even have it on low, medium or high heat. On really bad days, the high heat really does make a difference. Not to mention, I don’t have to worry about a heating pad falling off if I do have to lay down. The strap on this is not only stretchy but helps hold the heating pad in place. When it comes to my back, same concept, the belt holds it place and will allow me to either sit or move around and not have to be tied down to where an outlet is. There is even a vibration setting that does help give a massage. Again, there is a low, medium and high setting. Wish they came out with this a lot sooner.
