Many of my family members suffer from chronic knee pain and they enjoyed this product but the biggest missing aspect they told me about was that it wasn’t strong enough. This product is extremely elegant and well made. It’s completely wireless and has good battery life. The “breathing” red and blue lights give the product a sense of lid e as it compresses and warms your knees up. But the occasional vibrations are barely impactful in comparison. The massager turns off on its own after giving a 15 minute massage on one knee. From our experience it didn’t do much. This knee massager makes knee pain relief a whole lot easier to achieve. I do have a general and excellent massager with different massage heads and it is very good for various parts of the body. However, for knee pain, this does a great job. I have used a cloth dipped in hot water to relieve knee pain as that helps to aid blood circulation around the inflamed area. Now, this does the same but in a safer way giving a choice of 40, 50, or 60 degrees celsius heating. The vibrations are soothing, you choose the intensity easily.

I have tried a few of these to help with my knee. This is my favorite. Some things I don’t like as much, but this one works and feels the best. Asked to rate on a remote control, but it does not have a remote. The controls are easy to use though and they face you as you have this on your knee. Easy to understand and change. Most things like this say massage but they only vibrate. Setting on this has an auto setting, it still vibrates, but changes speed and style and it feels like a massage, feels great. The other two settings just vary as far as speed and strength. The auto setting is pretty nice. Easy to put on and strap down. It is not as easy to get up and move around like some others. The heat works great and heats up fast. Not sure about the light and laser. If they work, great, I think that is a long-term thing and hard to tell if they work, but they are there, they can be turned on and off. Overall, really like the way it works and the way my knee feels after.

Relaxing knee massager with adjustable vibration and heat modes
The knee massager is a space age hard shell that secures on with hook and latch straps that fasten in the back. The different settings on the massager adjust the temperature of the heat and the strength of the vibrations. On the auto setting for massage, the massage switches back and forth, side to side, hitting different areas of the knee at a time. It would be nice to keep the massage placed in just one section as my knee pain is in one section. As soon as the massager hits the section that aching me it switches to another section. The vibrations from the device are very strong. They give relaxing stimulation to the knee area. It’s a lot of shaking to take so I can only keep it going in small increments. I wore the knee massager at the table with my husband sitting with me across the table. He said that it was so strong of vibration that he could feel the vibrations from his seat across from me. When I place the setting off of auto mode and on the manual low heat setting it provided a cocoon of heat comfort. The device automatically shuts off after exactly 10 minutes. It takes a while to charge up, about 4 hours but once it does it works for several massage sessions. The massager is meant to be worn sitting or reclining but the straps stay on securely enough so that I can get up for a few minutes without having to remove it right away. I really like the portability, it comes in very handy when you want to get up for a quick break and not have to be reliant on plugged in cords.

It Won Me Over
I got the massager because I do a lot of hiking and as I get older, I’ve noticed from time to time I get some knee pain, especially after walking a lot of hills or stairs. I was skeptical that this would work, but after using it, I’m glad I have it. Just a few minutes on each leg after a challenging walk and my knees feel better. for a knee injury
my brother has been using this for a knee injury he had recently. Before going in for more surgery (that will create more and new scar tissue) he is trying to see if this will help heal his knee. He is also taking natto-Serra to reduce the inflammation and eat away at the existing scar tissue. Red light does penetrate deeper to heal inside, it does take time though. Important to note from the top that this is a red light therapy device and not an old-fashioned “heating” massager. That said the tech on this is pretty good and there are a lot of options to the type of therapy you’re looking for. It’s a tight fit so make sure you’re not using it on anything but bare skin. It’s a good relaxing process and has good long-term benefits to prevent my knee pain.

The knee massager is well built and the instructions are clear. The control is intuitive and simple to use. I have a knee cap problem due to an injury a few years ago and it bothers me every week after a long hike in the trails. Noisy But Effective
I’m usually not a fan of vibration massagers because they’re too noisy — and this one for knees is indeed noisy — but I’ve come to love this despite that. For one, It’s cordless, and that’s huge. The heat it puts out is adjustable and, despite being cordless, effective. I can feel the heat through my pants even on low, although I much prefer the highest setting. After each session, my knee feels more mobile with less pain. The build quality is fantastic, with a glossy white hard shell on top, touch controls that are easy to see and operate, and wide Velcro straps that keep it in place. The interior is padded for comfort. I love putting this on after playing tennis when I return to my computer. It’s both relaxing and therapeutic.

I have had several operations on my knees. Marathon runner in my youth. I use several things to get pain relief. This helps reduce pain on bad days. The cold and rain are killers for me, this helps where other ones have failed. Very well made and fits like a glove just for me. The manual explains all needed to know. Easy to use
I got this for my husband because he has bad knees. It has 3 levels for vibration and for heat. You can use them together or separate them. It strapped around my husband’s knee easily but you have to be in a sitting position when using this and you cannot walk around with it. I would say that is the only negative thing about it besides it being extremely large. Works great though. I would recommend it.

I’ve tried a lot of different massage devices that strap on your knees and/or shoulders and have been let down, a lot – until now! This massager is very well made, and very well padded. Love the quality of this. It reminds me of a well-padded motocross helmet. It has 2 large massage nodes/disks on each side of the knee, that are thick and generate a strong message ‘buzz’. This is not an airbag device that fills with air and then releases it. I find the ‘buzz’ to be strong enough to truly give a (type) of massage and as it runs its cycle you feel it deeper and deeper. I like the first setting that it is on when you first turn it on, as it runs through different patterns and lengths of buzzing/massage time. I like the heat, as it too is adequate to generate enough warmth (through clothing) to help relax tired and sore muscles. There is a heating element on top of the knee as well as the red lights over the kneecap, that generate some heat as well. You can use this with, or without clothing – and will feel the heat much more without anything between the unit and your skin. I really like the hard-shell on this too. As I said, it reminds me of a well-padded helmet. There are two hook-n-loop straps that are comfortable enough. I find any straps a little uncomfortable, but I can forget I have this strapped on, so they work nicely for me. I do have to fiddle around with placement, and tightness of the straps, but that isn’t a negative, just part of using anything you strap on your body. To me, it is very comfortable to wear – which says a lot, like most things I find awkward and uncomfortable enough that I won’t use them. This – I will use, often. And – I love it on my shoulders too! I’ve tried a lot of different shoulder massage and heating devices and until now, haven’t found any that I would tolerate wearing, or that actually provide a massage to the top of my shoulders, that penetrated deep enough to truly help relieve pain and relax tense muscles – this one does!! Takes a little getting used to and trusting that only one strap on your arm will hold it in place – but it does. I have a cheater strap from other shoulder wrap devices that would work to strap this around my body, but I prefer not to wear an additional strap – unless I really, really want to walk around wearing this – which I don’t. I can wear this and work on the computer with ease. Oh, and I found this works great on my elbows too! That’s a bonus for me. Nothing fits or works well on elbows – well, until now – my elbows fit into this just right! Hey, maybe it would work on my heels and lower ankles…. I’ll play around with that later. Great price currently as well – around $250 for this is well worth it. I’ve tried much more expensive, thin wraps with red light therapy (and heat) that cost far more, and they didn’t provide half the results as this device.
