There are three power levels and several time options up to one hour (60 minutes). To decide what settings to use, you should know what your blood pressure is:
Do you have hypertension (high blood pressure reading over 180/90)?
For high blood pressure, you will want to choose 30-60 minutes at a high intensity, twice per day.
Do you have moderate blood pressure (blood pressure reading 135/80 or higher)?
For normal/moderate blood pressure, you will want to choose 10-30 minutes at a low intensity, once per day. Every 10 days, take a break from laser therapy for 1 to 2 days. Then, do another 10 days of treatment and pause again. A full treatment is 30 days long.
HOW TO OPERATE YOUR HYPERTENSION LASER THERAPY WATCH
Read these instructions carefully to ensure you’re getting the best results!
1.Find your radial artery
With two fingers of your right hand, touch the outside of your left wrist to find the radial artery, which is located just outside of the first wrist line. Place the radial artery acupoint on the back of the laser watch right over your radial artery.IMPORTANT: Always wear the watch on your left wrist! The back of the device is designed to correspond specifically to the radial artery of your left wrist.
2. Insert the nasal cavity laser probe into your nose
To insert the nasal probe, put the nasal cavity head up into your nostrils, about 2 to 3 centimeters or 1 inch, and clamp the nasal septum.
3. Turn on the watch
Press the on/off button and see the LCD screen light up. Press the Mode button to choose your mode. When the light turns on, be careful and do not look directly at it!
4. Plug in the nasal or ear probe and start treatment
Insert the wire of the nasal probe into the socket in the watch with Mode B activated. Press the on/off button for one second to begin.
5. Turn off watch when treatment is complete
After the treatment is over, press the on/off button for a few seconds to shut it off. Wipe the nasal or ear probe with a tissue to clean it, and store it in a safe place.
CAN I USE THE WATCH FOR LONGER AMOUNTS OF TIME , OR CAN I DO MORE THAN 1-2 TREATMNENTS/DAY ?

I’m in my late 30s – too young for high blood pressure (that’s what I thought). I’m reasonably fit but haven’t exercised consistently for about a year.
About a month ago I needed a series of treatments and my blood pressure was checked twice every day as a result of the treatments. I was surprised at how high my blood pressure was (150 over 100), it was high enough that my treatments were almost stopped as a result. Wow! Been using 30-60 minutes twice a day and my systolic has decreased by at least 10 points and my diastolic by 5 points! Not bad for only two weeks. It was 142/96 and now it’s 130/90.
