The heat is really nice and the compression and massage is quite strong – I’m not using the highest setting yet. The first time I used the product I had to lower the setting but now that I’m using it regularly my legs aren’t as swollen. I have thick calves and this product works great.

Brought this product to help with aching calf muscles and poor circulation. Simple product to use, settings are easy to understand. Have so far used twice, first time trying out all the settings to get a feel for the device, today I used it on maximum setting, have to say lovely feel to it, exerts a lit of pressure to the muscle, similar to pressure felt when blood pressure gets taken. Great first impression of this product. I am amazed that a battery operated portable device can be this powerful and operate for over 2 hours. I do a decent amount of exercise and wanted something to passively roll out my calves. The device arrived with a good amount of charge and includes a long micro-USB to USB connector. The material feels soft and durable. It stays attached to the leg easily with large Velcro straps. The unit does not operate while charging. It has four airbags that quietly inflate and deflate in a program. It is discreet enough that you can use it during a zoom call but it makes enough noise to be noticeable amongst people. My only wishes are for a USB-C connector and a second one so my other leg isn’t left out!

As far as the actual massage, the one on the calf had a good amount of pressure and the three settings are definitely useful. The ankle massage though was lacking, I couldn’t feel it at all and I dont think that is useful. Some other notes: 1. The user interface is quite confusing with the lights and I had to look up what the colors meant each time I used it. Maybe some print indicating what each color means next to the buttons or simpler user interface would be quite beneficial. 2. As someone with a slimmer ankle and calf, I was still able to fit it fairly snug and the product’s breadth of sizing was quite impressive
