Heated foot massager · cordless ankle wrap
Cold, tired feet? Wrap them in warmth.
The MONKIKA Heated Foot & Ankle Massager is a soft, cordless heated foot massager that closes around your heel, arch and ankle. Choose your warmth on the round dial, add a gentle vibration and put your feet up. Your toes stay free, and there is no cable while you use it.
- 6 heat levels, from 104 to 149°F (40–65°C)
- 5 vibration levels, on one round dial
- Cordless, recharges in about 2.5 hours
Sound familiar?
Your feet are the last part of you to warm up.
Eight hours on hard floors, a winter commute, a home office that never quite heats up: by evening your feet are cold, your heels ache, and thick socks only do so much.
A hot water bottle cools down and slides off. A foot spa means a towel, a bucket and a wet floor. Both ask you to sit still and wait.
Warmth that goes where your feet need it, and stays there.

How it works
Warmth and vibration, all around the heel and ankle.
The round unit on the side of the wrap makes the warmth and the vibration. The wrap holds them against your heel, arch and ankle, so the heat stays where it is needed.
Warmth that holds steady
Six levels, from 104 to 149°F (40–65°C). A temperature sensor keeps the wrap at the level you choose instead of letting it creep up.
A gentle vibration
Five levels, from a soft hum for every day to the strongest setting for a deeper feel.
A wrap that stays put
Soft fabric outside, breathable mesh inside and a strong hook-and-loop strap. Heel, arch and ankle covered, toes free.
One round dial
Power, plus, minus and mode, with the temperature on a bright display. Easy to read at any age.

Your levels
Pick your warmth. Then your rhythm.
The display shows the temperature in °C, so you always know where you are.

Made for your day
Ten warm minutes, wherever your day ends.
No cable, no water, nothing to set up. It goes where you sit.
After a shift
Shoes off, feet up on a chair, a mug of something warm. Fifteen minutes, and you are back in your evening.
At your desk
Nothing to trip over, so it works under the desk on cold mornings while you keep working.
On the sofa
Lights low, feet up: the evening ritual.
After a long walk
When your heels have done the hard work.
Heated ankle wrap vs. the usual fixes
Why not just a hot water bottle?
A hot water bottle cools down. A foot spa needs water and a towel. A shiatsu foot machine is big, plugged in and costs several times more.

Want deep kneading under the soles? A shiatsu foot machine does that better. The MONKIKA wrap is for warmth and a gentle vibration, wherever you sit.
Before you order
Feet that don’t feel heat well? Read this first.
If you have diabetes, neuropathy, poor circulation or reduced feeling in your feet, don’t use the heat unless your doctor agrees. The American Diabetes Association advises people with diabetes never to use heating pads on their feet, because you can burn your skin without realizing it.
For everyone
- Start at the lowest level and move up one step at a time.
- Use it awake, sitting or lying back. Never sleep with it on.
- Check your skin after each session. Stop if it turns very red, tingles or hurts.
- Not on broken, irritated or numb skin, a fresh injury or a swollen ankle.
- Not for children. Ask your doctor first if you are pregnant or have an implanted device.
- Keep sessions to 15 to 20 minutes, once or twice a day.
