Shipping
Unless you order two or three of the same thing, all our goods are delivered out individually. For delivery in the United States, we routinely bill $2.95. The shipping price in foreign countries is $3.95.

MONKIKASHOP successfully offers products globally. If as you are finalizing your order, the country where you are attempting to make the payment does not show at checkout, it means that we do not ship to that specific country.
Usually, 8-20 days after we process your order and plan it. Please allow 2-6 weeks for distribution due to the strong demand for some of our most popular goods. If your order has not met the scheduled time of arrival, please contact our support team at contact@monkikashop.com.
When your order has not delivered within 60 days of the initial purchase date, email our service staff for a full refund on your purchase.

Your credit card information is used only to complete the transaction required and is not stored afterward.

All of our transactions are based in USD. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.
We accept all Major Credit Cards and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.
